Google Analytics 4 now shows Merchant Center tips right in its dashboard to help businesses get their products noticed more easily. If you want help with your GA4 property, please contact us and our GA4 consultant will be more than happy to help!
The new GA4 feature notifies you to potential product disapprovals that could limit their exposure on Google Shopping.
The GA4 integration allows you to:
- Keep an eye on product disapproval messages in different Google Analytics areas like the Home page, Insights hub, Reports snapshot, and Acquisition overview.
- Use quick links to fix problems directly in Merchant Center.
- Solve setup issues that might be hiding your products in Google Shopping results.
The system now specifically flags cases where products fail to appear in Google Search due to configuration problems, such as missing Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) values.

Select the Google Merchant Centre account that you want to link with the GA4 property and go through the steps provided by GA4 to link the Merchant Centre with the GA4 property.
